Nahreel is a Tanzanian singer, and songwriter, rapper and record producer.His real name is Emmanuel Mkono, popularly known as Nahreel. His genre of music is Afrobeats, dancehall and R&B. Early Life
Nahreel was born on 12th December 1989 in Dar es Salaam. Information about his siblings and parents are unknown.
Education
He graduated at Punjab college in India. We are not yet sure about his primary and secondary schools he went to.
Musical Career
His interest in music developed when he was 14 years. His father bought him a piano and hired a tutor for him.
He officially began his career in music as an assistant music producer at Kama Kawa records in Dar es Salaam. He worked for a period of two years before leaving to India to further his studies at Punjab College.
In 2009, he released Riz One instrumental for Izzo Bizness under MJ Records. this led to him becoming one of the best selling artists of that year. In addition, his instrumental gave him the chance to meet son of the Tanzanian president Rithiwan Kikwete and received nominations for other awards.
In 2011, together with his friends they formed a music group called Pah One which unfortunately fell out in 2013.
In 2014, he opened his own company called The Industry. The company comprised of Industry studios (label, public relations, management) and the Industry School Of Music.
Together with his girl friend Aika, they formed a group called Navy Kenzo. After the release 0f their single chelewa, they came to be known all overTanzania.
They have collaborated with other artists like Ali Kiba, Vanessa Mdee, Patoranking and Diamond.

He is married to Aika and together they are blessed with two kids Jamaika and Gold.
The two met at punjab college in India and they fell in love. They make music together under Navy Kenzo Label.
