Mejja is a father of two kids with different women. In a podcast, he stated that although they don’t live together in the same house with his kids, he strives hard to be responsible for them.

Although he is there for the kids, Okwonko feels he is not the best dad. Growing up, he desired to have a family, but life didn’t go as planned.
Niko kwa life ya watoi wangu because growing up I had a picture of the ideal family home one wife and the number of kids you want but life inakuja inakupiga chenga. Mejja said.
Utawezana hit maker was raised by a single mom. He met his dad once when he came looking for him. He added that he don’t recall lots of memories with him since they met when he was in form four and he later died.

He reminisced on how he would admire his neighbor’s family and how they went to church together when he grew up. He felts it’s normal for a person raised by a single mom to want a stable family of his own.
Mejja feels disappointed that he failed to give his kids the family he desired and ended up like his parents.
That’s why I cannot say I’m the best dad but apart from that yani everything else lazima ni responsibility na nini. But of course, they would all want to be in one home mtoi aki grow but now this thing of picking up your child and returning them to the mum after visitation, it makes me feel ni kama we si the best dad.
